The Tennessee Supreme Court posted for comment amendments to Rule 7 to require a Tennessee Law Course as a pre-admission requirement for all examination, UBE transfer score, comity or military spouse applicants.
The Tennessee Supreme Court on September 7, 2018, approved Policies and Procedures and a new Fee Schedule proposed by the Board of Law Examiners.
DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING: Essay answers for the July 2018 Bar Examination must be uploaded by 9:00 p.m., local time,* Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
Seating Assignments for the July 2018 Bar Examination were emailed to applicants Friday, July 13, 2018. If you cannot find your email in your inbox or spam, you may view it in Synergy.
A new General Instruction Manual for bar examination applicants has been emailed to applicants and added to the website and can be found at http://www.tnble.org/tnlaw/first-time/exam-sites-and-schedule.

The results of the February 2018 Tennessee Bar Examination will be released on Thursday, April 12. Exam results will be posted here by 2:00 p.m. Results are not released by phone.

The Board revised three policies, Policies P-3.11, P-5.01 and P-7.01, which were transmitted to the Supreme Court for approval. On March 14, 2018, the Supeme Court approved the revised Policies.
