A convenience fee will be charged as a separate transaction; the amount depends on the type of card used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other fees may be paid by check or\nmoney order, payable to the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners and mailed to our\noffice at 511 Union Street, Suite 525, Nashville, TN 37219 or paid in person by\ncheck, money order, or cash.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Refund of Fee for Duplicate or Incorrect Applications<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants who submit the incorrect application or who submit a duplicate application may petition the Board as provided in Rule 7, \u00a7 13.02 for a refund minus an administrative fee of $150.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit card service fees are not refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The petition must show good cause for the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All fees are due&nbsp;upon filing of an application<\/strong>. No step in the admissions process may be taken except upon payment of the fees required for that step. See Tenn. Sup. Ct.
